To ensure your custom ©Neon Odditorium garment stays in great condition, please follow the care instructions on the individual garments care tag. Most of our garments are designed to be hand washed and line dried, but some may have machine-washable options for care flexibility. Here’s a general guide for caring for your new custom clothing item or accessory:
- Check the Care Tag
Always refer to the attached care tag that comes with your purchase, for the most accurate instructions. Some garments may be machine washable, while others require hand washing. The individualized care tag will indicate the best method for your specific piece. - Hand Wash or Machine Wash (as per tag)
If your garment’s tag recommends hand washing, gently wash in cold water with mild detergent. If it indicates machine wash, use a gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent. - Rinse Thoroughly
After washing, rinse your garment well with cool water to remove all detergent. - Do Not Tumble Dry
Regardless of whether your garment is hand or machine washable, always line dry. Hang your garment to dry on a clothesline or drying rack, reshape, and avoid wringing or twisting to preserve its shape. - Storage
Store your garment in a cool, dry place. Be sure to avoid overcrowding in your closet to help maintain its shape, as well as maintaining good air circulation to preserve the fibers.
