Thank you for shopping with The Neon Odditorium! We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our custom apparel, clothing, accessories, and home goods; as well as our services including mending, tailoring, and alterations. Please read our returns and exchanges policy carefully.
Returns
- Eligibility for Returns
- Custom Apparel and Clothing: Due to the personalized nature of custom items, we do not accept returns for custom apparel and clothing unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
- Accessories and Home Goods: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for accessories and home goods, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Tailoring and Alterations: Returns are not accepted for tailored or altered items. Please confirm measurements and alterations before proceeding.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Refunds and Store Credit
- Refunds are not available. For eligible returns, you will receive store credit for the purchase amount of the returned item(s), which can be used toward future purchases.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
- Eligibility for Exchanges
- Accessories and Home Goods: Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Custom Apparel and Clothing: Exchanges are not available for custom items unless there is a manufacturing defect or error.
- Tailoring and Alterations: Exchanges are not available for tailored or altered items.

Return the item(s) to

along with the original receipt or proof of purchase and indicate the item(s) you wish to receive in exchange.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will cover the cost of shipping for the exchanged item(s).
- Processing Exchanges
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will ship the exchanged item(s) within 7-12 business days.
- If the requested exchange item is unavailable, you will receive store credit for the purchase amount instead.
Exceptions
- Final Sale Items
- Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Manufacturing Defects
- If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or offer store credit, including any associated shipping costs.
