Mending & Alterations Policy:
All completed items must be paid for and picked up within 30 days of completion. Items not paid for or picked up within 30 days may be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated at our discretion. If a scheduled pickup is missed, we kindly ask that you contact us to arrange another pickup time. Repeated missed appointments without communication may affect future pickup arrangements. Please let us know if you need additional time to pick up your item. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
